Although the tech giant is very private in some areas, when we see who they’re working with, we know. For example, when we saw Apple reeling in some car technicians, engineers, etc we knew they must be working on a car. This time, it’s virtual reality.
Virtual and augmented reality are two things that are rapidly growing and it seems only a matter of time before Apple jumps aboard. According to The Verge, Cook commented on the matter, and he thinks augmented reality (AR), will go farther than Virtual Reality (VR). The Verge also reports that Business Insider was the one who found out Apple was hiring two new employees, both from companies where AR and VR were their main subjects.
What do you think Apple will do to the VR headset as we know it? Will they be original, or just change some features and call it their own? Let us know what you think in the comments below.
