Something that we have always missed on the popular social media website YouTube, is a place where the subscribers and the creators could have contact. We have the YouTube comments, but now we have an even more useful feature called Community.
This feature is a tab on a creators page and it is a place where you can share images, messages, and GIFs with your favourite creators. The goal of the new platform is to prevent YouTubers from using other social media platforms where images, messages, and other info can be shared.
If a creator shares or posts something, it ends up in your sub box and you can also choose to turn on notifications. A handful of creators have been chosen to test the new community tab and to name the most popular ones we have Lilly Singh, John and Hank and The Game Theorists.
The community tab is basically a better version of Google+ built into YouTube itself. The new tab is now in beta testing, but YouTube has not let us know when it will be fully released!
