In February this year, Blackberry released the KeyONE. It hasn’t been available in the U.S, but today it’s finally available for everyone in the States. However, this device isn’t for everyone. If you think that phones were better before you might like this handset since it comes with a physical keyboard.
You will be able to get it at Amazon and Best Buy for $549.99, which some people think it’s too much since the specs aren’t too great. The display has a size of 4.5-inches, but the phone itself is bigger because of the QWERTY keyboard. The processor of choice is the Snapdragon 625, and we can also find 3GB of RAM, 32GB of onboard storage, and a 3,505mAh battery under the hood. The storage is also expandable if you want more. Android 7.1.1 will also come with this smartphone out of the box.
Luckily, the KeyONE can be bought in both CMDA and GSM versions. This means that the handset can be used with all American carriers. You can buy the GSM variant at Amazon and Best Buy, while Amazon seems to be the only retailer for the CDMA model in the U.S. Carriers will also start selling this device in the summer.
