A new concept of a zero-emission smart motorcycle was announced at Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este 2017 by BMW. The concept is called BMW Motorrad Concept Link and the design is very futuristic.
It’s a 100% electric vehicle, which means that it doesn’t make any emission as mentioned before. The batteries that power the motorcycle can be found in the underfloor. The driving experience is great since it easy handled, it comes with reverse gear, and it accelerates fast, which is made possible by the E-drive.
As mentioned before, it’ll also be smart. For example, it can sync with your calendar to show you the best route to wherever you’re going. Another cool feature is that it can choose what music you should listen to, depending on what’s suitable for your ride.
The most important information, such as speed, navigation, and battery level, will be shown on the windshield. The rest can be seen on a touch-display, which is located on the handlebars. This means that BMW has ditched the classic instrumental panel on this concept.
It’s not sure if BMW will turn this into a vehicle that can be sold on the market or not. What do you think of this concept? Let us know!
