Best Buy is on the verge to come up with a new system that will attract more customers. They will soon let customers rent items before buying them. According to reports, Best buy is partnering with a San Francisco-based startup, Lumoid, to pull this off. This will offer customers the opportunity to get hands-on time with the products before spending their money on them.

This service will debut later this month, according to Recode. Customers who’d like to try out this service can visit Best Buy’s website which will direct them to Lumoids website where they can rent items like camera’s, audio equipment, fitness trackers, Apple watches and more.

Customers will receive about 20 percent of the price in Lumoid credits if they want to purchase it. Best Buy will also offer a discount for customers who wish to buy the used rental camera or a new one via Lumoid.

Will anyone really use this service? Let us know in the comments below or on any of our social media pages.
