A new Facebook update makes it possible for users to easily put GIFs in their comments. This can make the comment sections of posts more fun, with GIFs being able to describe how they feel and which mood they’re in at the moment.

Facebook actually started testing out this feature for select users a while back and they’re now finally making it available for everyone to use starting today. This feature, which is featured on the mobile Facebook application according to TechCrunch, allows people to click a GIF button right next to the keyboard to find a GIF they want to share in the comment section.

Facebook has actually been supporting GIFs for a couple years now, but the process was a lot harder than what it is today. Before, to attach a GIF, you had to paste the URL of the GIF to your comment before submitting it. Luckily, it’s much easier to do it now that Facebook has added this built-in feature.

What do you think of the easier GIF commenting system? Let us know in the comments down below or on any of our social media pages.
