There are several rumors about the Nokia 2, which is going to be launched by HMD Global, on the internet and it seems like the approximate release date has been confirmed. Someone asked Nokia Myanmar Facebook account if they’ve heard about the recent Nokia 2 rumors, and they answered that the handset is expected to be released in Myanmar sometime in November.
According to rumors and benchmark tests, we can expect the Nokia 2 to feature a 4.7-inch 1,280×720 LCD display, a Snapdragon 210 chipset, 1GB of RAM, and 8GB of onboard storage. You will probably be able to expand your storage with a microSD. Nokia said that all of their devices will receive Android Oreo, but this phone is expected to come with Android 7.1 and get the update later. The Nokia 2 will be a budget phone and it’s even supposed to be HMD Global’s cheapest smartphone so far.
It’s unclear where HMD will release their upcoming phone, but it might not reach all markets considering it won’t be their flagship device. The Finnish company is actually rumored to be working on the higher-end Nokia 9, and that might become their new flagship. Do you think that the Nokia 2 will be a good phone?
