Huawei has been trying to make a name for itself in the United States. Through online carriers, such as Best Buy, Amazon, and others, the company has been selling some of their latest flagship devices in the US. During CES, Huawei was all set to strike a major deal with AT&T, one of the states largest cellular carriers. However, the telecom company backed out at the last second, leaving Huawei to stick with their online retailers.
The device in question was the Mate 10, which will still be available to buy from Amazon, Best Buy, and others for a starting price of $799. The device features a 6-inch 18:9 OLED display, the Kirin 970 processor, which boasts some impressive AI technology, Android Oreo, 6GB of RAM, 128GB of storage, and their infamous Leica-branded 12-megapixel dual camera setup.
Keeping with Huawei’s tradition, there is also a Porsche Design version of the Mate 10, which has a starting price of $1,225.
Both phones are expected to ship to customers starting February 18th.
