Something we see many companies do is forget about their older products, especially after big events like CES 2018. Sony has decided to release an update that will blow some life into their old, as well as newer products.

Included in the update is support for Google Assistant, which many companies have been introducing support for at CES this year. These are the Sony devices that will get the software update:
WH-H900N → Wireless headphones
WH-1000XM2 → Noise-cancelling wireless headphones
WH-CH700N → Noise-cancelling wireless headphones
WF-SP700N → Two disunited wireless earphones
WF-1000X → Two disunited noise-canceling earphones
WI-1000X → Noise-cancelling earbuds

Sony has not released any information about the time and date that the update will be released, but we expect it to be rather sooner than later. The devices that do not have a cellular connection will need to be paired with a device to be able to use Google Assistant as well as, receive messages, calls and other alerts.

Do you use any of these devices? And will you be using Google Assitant with them? Let us know in the comments down below and make sure to connect with us on social media!
